永久起搏器安置术后致锁骨下静脉血栓形成的护理

摘　　要：回顾分析265例埋藏式起搏器安置术后并发锁骨下静脉血栓形成8例的治疗效果和护理经验。7例4～5d治愈,1例14d治愈,所有患者出院时经超声检查锁骨下静脉血栓消失,临床治愈率100%。护理要点:术后严密观察心电图,了解起搏器是否正常工作;观察意识变化,注意肢体是否有肿胀、疼痛和活动受限,将患肢抬高并制动,溶栓期间观察全身是否有皮下出血等。The authors retrospectively analyzed the therapeutic effect and exper ience in nursing 8 subclavianvein thrombosis after permanent pacemaker implanta tion. 7 cases got healed in 4~5 days and 1 in 14 days. At discharge, all the 8 c ases were examined by ultrasound wave, showing disappearance of the subclavianve in thrombosis and 100% healing rate. The nursing measures included postoperative close observation of ECG, monitoring of pacemaker, observation of sense, swelli ng, pains and limited motion, raising and fixing the diseased limbs, observation of subcutaneous hemorrhage.
