前列腺增生症患者抑郁及影响因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年前列腺增生症患者的抑郁发生情况,分析其主要的影响因素。方法应用老年抑郁量表、国际前列腺症状评分量表及一般情况问卷对139名前列腺增生症患者进行问卷调查。结果前列腺增生症患者发生抑郁51例,占36.7%。疾病症状、经济状况、与伴侣的关系及婚姻状况是影响抑郁发生的相关因素。结论根据筛选出的影响因素帮助前列腺增生症患者建立有效的心理防御机制,提高生活质量。Objective To probe into the depression in geriatric patients with ben ign prostatic hyperplasi(BPH) and analyze the major affecting factors. Methods Geriatric Depression Scale, International Prostate Symptom Score and a self-des igned questionnaire were used to investigate 139 patients with BPH. Results 36. 7% BPH patients(51 cases) occured to depression. The onset of depression in BPH patients was related to the symptoms, economical status, relation with spouses a nd marriage status. Conclusion The identification of affecting factors help us carry out pertinent mental care and health education and help the BPH patients c reate effective mechanism for mental prevention so as to improve the quality of life.
