4例腹部多脏器移植患者的术后护理

摘　　要：笔者报道了4例腹部多脏器联合移植患者的术后护理。重点加强了对移植物功能和排斥反应的观察以及术后并发症的护理,特别是对出血、移植胰血管栓塞、继发各引流感染的预防进行了重点护理。4例患者均痊愈出院,分别随访36、30、15、13个月,移植物功能正常,患者生活质量显著提高。The authors reported their experience in caring 4 patients with abdom inal multi-organ transplantation, concluding they strengthened the observation o ver allograft function and rejection, and care of the complications, especially care of hemorrhage, vascular embolism of transplanted pancreas and prevention of secondary infections. As a result, all were discharged, recovered. The follow-u p of 36, 30, 15 and 13 months respectively showed the allograf function was norm al and their quality of life were notably raised.
