摘　　要：农民政治权益的缺失主要表现为政治决策权的缺失、政治参与权的缺失、政治利益表达权的缺失等,其根源在于法律制度上的缺憾、组织程度太低、利益表达受诸多局限、拥有的政治资源太少以及基层公权力的恣意扩张。针对这些原因,我们应采取相应的保护措施。The loss of peasants' political rights and benefits mainly refers to the loss of their political decision-making right, the loss of their political participation right and the loss of the right to express their political benefits. Such a loss of rights and benefits results from the imperfection of the legal system, the low-leveled organization, the various limitations of benefit expression, the inadequately possessed political resources and the unbridled expansion of civil rights at the grass-root level. Therefore, measures should be taken to protect the peasants' rights and benefits.
