摘　　要：关于检察权的性质,目前有行政权说,司法权说,行政、司法双重属性说和法律监督权说四种观点。它们各有特长及不足。将检察权定性为独立行政权能科学地推进检察机关的改革。The nature of the prosecutorial power is reg arded as administrative power,judicial power,the combination of administrative and judicial power or leg al supervision power.Each opinion has shortcomings.It should be independent admi nistrative power.The prosecutorial organs should be reformed according to the id ea.
