摘　　要：介绍了YG131电容式条干仪的主要性能、工作原理及作用。通过生产实例,指出利用条干仪的测试值,可以为纺纱工艺流程、工艺参数和助剂的优选提供帮助,利用条干仪绘制的波谱图,凭借生产经验,可以快速寻找出造成毛纱条干不匀的原因和位置,及时调整设备和工艺,保证生产顺利进行。This article introduces the main function, working principle and action of YG131 capacitance-type yarn evenness tester.Through a example of the production,it can provide to optimize for the technological process,the processing parameter and auxiliaries category by making use of testing values by this instrument.Making use of the printed wave picture by this instrument and the production experience,it can quickly look for the reason and position making wool yarn uneven.The equipment and technological process will be readjusted in time,therefore to guarantee the processing is favorable.
