摘　　要：目的:了解深圳市男同性恋的行为特征及性病(STD)和艾滋病病毒(HIV)的感染状况,为实施有效的干预措施和制定预防控制对策提供信息和依据。方法:对同性恋者活动场所2 73名男同性恋者进行匿名问卷调查和血标本采集。结果:⑴调查对象显示以青壮年为主,平均年龄2 5.9岁,来自全国各地,文化程度高,有5 5.5 %已经或正准备结婚;普遍存在多性伴现象,1 0人以上达到4 0 .3 % ,3 1.6 %既有同性性伴又有异性性伴;4 2.1 %曾为他人提供性服务;从未使用安全套比例为7.0 % ;每次使用安全套仅为2 0 .5 %。⑵梅毒和性病疱疹感染率为1 9.1 %和1 8.3 % ;HIV感染率为1.5 8%。结论:男同性恋者普遍存在多性伴、无保护的高危行为,应全面深入针对男同性恋者的STD/AIDS的行为干预。Objective:To take the effective information and the evidence of intervention and prevention,and explore the characteristics of the male homosexuality, and their status of STD/HIV infection in Shenzhen.Methods:273 male homosexuality were investigated anony-mously and their blood were determined.Result:(1) The majority was young,with average age 25.9,from each area of our States with good education.About 55.5% of them have married or were to be married.They had too much sexual behavior with different person.42.1% of them have provided sexual service for other people.The rate of them which never used condom was 7.0%.And the rate of using comdom was only 20.5%.(2)The infection of syphilis and sexual herpes reached to 19.1% and 18.3%;The infection of HIV reached to 1.58%.Conclusion:The male homosexuality existed sexual behavior and high dangerous behavior prevalently.We should interfere with the behavior of the male homosexuality,and cut off the transmission route of AIDS/STD.
