摘  要:目的:建立工作场所空气中8种氯代烃的毛细管气相色谱测定法。方法:用DB -FFAP毛细管柱( 3 .0m×0 2 5mm×0 . 2 5 μm)分离,在优化的色谱条件下,同时检测工作场所空气中8种氯代烃。结果:该法分离效果好,检出限为1 81~5 87μg/m ,相关系数为0 .9995~1. 0 0 0 0 ,解吸效率为90 .0 %~97.7% ,相对标准偏差0 .92 %~6.9%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确。Objective:To develope a capillary GC method which can determine 8 kinds of chloro-hydrocarbon in the air of workplace.Methods:In the optimized condition,8 kinds of chloro-hydrocarbon were separated by FFAP capillary column.Results:The separation efficiency is good,The limits of detection were 1.81~5.87 μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were 0.999 5~1.000 0,the desorption rates were 90.0%~97.7% and the RSDs were 0.92%~6.9%.Conclusions:The method is sensitive,accurate and rapid.
