摘　　要：电气系统设备的运行管理水平将直接关系到发电厂运行的安全经济性, 从而影响发电厂的市场竞争力。通过对电气系统控制特点的分析, 指出了在设计电气监控系统时必须注意的关键性问题, 在此基础上提出了一种发电厂电气监控系统的可行性方案, 论述了其结构体系和一些实现细节。The operation and management level of electric system directly influences the operation security and economics of a power plant and its competition capability in power generation market.The control characteristics of electric system are analyzed firstly.And then some critical problems needing attention are indicated to design a well performed electric control system (ECS).On the basis of the above,a new scheme of the system is provided,and its structure and implementation details are given.
