摘　　要：结合广东省电力试验研究所管理信息系统(MIS)二期系统开发的实践经验, 从系统的设计目标、技术基础以及设计思路等方面探讨了新一代电力管理信息系统的开发与设计, 着重论述了如何建立一个开放的管理信息系统体系架构, 按照开放、通用的接口标准开发业务子系统和改造旧系统, 从而实现企业管理信息化。Combined with the development experience of the second-period system of the management information system (MIS)in Guangdong Power Test & Research Institute,the paper discusses the development and design of the new generation MIS in terms of the design target,technical foundation and design way,etc.It emphatically expounds the approach to construct an open MIS structure and to develop subsystems and reconstruct the old systems as per open and universal interface standard,so as to realize management informatization in the enterprise.
