抚触对婴儿社会适应能力影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察抚触对正常婴儿社会适应能力的促进作用.方法132例足月分娩的正常新生儿,随机分为抚触组(65例)与对照组(67例).抚触组从出生24 h开始对实验组新生儿进行抚触,每天二次,每次15～20 min,连续抚触3个月,对照组常规护理不进行抚触.在1岁时应用<婴儿社会生活能力量表>对两组婴儿社会适应能力进行评估.结果抚触组婴儿社会适应能力5个项目得分均显著高于对照组.结论抚触可促进婴儿的生长发育,对提高婴儿的社会适应能力有良好的促进作用.Objective To observe the effects of infant massage on infant’s social adaptation ability. Method Eighty three normal babies were randomly divided into massage group and control group. The massage group get massage, twice a day from 24 hours after birth till three months. The control group only received regularly nursing. Infant social life ability measure Table was used to evaluate the babies social adaptation ability when they were one years old. Result Five items scores in massage group were all higher than that in control group obviously. Conclusion Massage can improve infant’s growth and development, and also it has a good effect for infant’s social adaptation ability.
