广适性水稻光温敏不育系Y58S的选育

摘　　要：以安农S -1为不育基因供体 ,通过杂交、复交导入常菲 2 2B和Lemont优质、多抗等优良性状 ,并累加培矮 64S优良株叶形态基因 ,经多年系谱选择和测交筛选 ,育成具有广泛生态适应性的水稻光温敏不育系Y5 8S。该不育系具有株叶形态好 ,不育起点温度低 ,开花习性好 ,异交结实率高 ,抗病、抗逆性强 ,一般配合力高 ,米质优良等优点 ,尤其是它的不育起点温度低且生理不育下限温度也较低 ,有利于安全制种和获得繁殖高产。Y5 8S适合用于配制广适性、优质、超高产杂交稻新组合 。Y58S, developed by crossing Annong S-1 (TGMS gene donor) with Changfei 22B and Lemont (fine grain quality and multiple resistance) and Pei′ai 64S (good plant type and high combining ability), is a new PTGMS line with wide ecological adaptability in rice. It is characteristic of good plant type, low critical sterility-inducing temperature, good flowering habits, high outcrossing rate, strong stress and disease resistances, high combining ability and fine grain quality. Especially, because of its low critical temperature and physiological lower limit temperature, it is favourable to its safe hybrid seed production and high-yielding multiplication. Y58S is suitable for developing new super hybrid rice combinations with wide adaptability, good quality and super high yield, and shows a good prosperity in productional application.
