摘  要:主要就压力、温度变化显著的压裂、酸化管柱进行管柱力学分析和计算。在方案设计阶段或压裂酸化施工阶段详细分析管柱的受力、变形及强度,管柱载荷变化规律,给出管柱变形及强度计算,从而确定出各工况下的极限操作参数。控制管柱的施工作业参数、管柱内外流体工况、工具深度以及井口油压、套压等。This paper mainly analyzed the mechanicss of pipe string and calculated on fracturing and acid treatment which pressure and temperature changes notedlly. During scheme design or fracturing and acidzing treatment, the method analyzed the force, deformation, strength and load varying rule of pipe string in detail and gave the formula of deformation and strength of pipe string. The method determined the critical operation parameter of each working condition, the control parameters in working, the working condition of fluid inside or outside of pipe string, the depth of tools, and the wellhead pressure of the tubing or casing etc. This method can ensure safety and strength of pipe string under each working condition.
