摘　　要：目的:探讨安神定志丸的安神作用。方法:测定药物对小鼠自发活动和睡眠时间的影响。结果:安神定志丸能显著减少小鼠自发活动次数,明显延长戊巴比妥钠致小鼠的睡眠时间。结论:安神定志丸具有较强的镇静安神作用。Objective:To study the effects of relieving uneasiness of body and mind on anshen dingzhi wan.Methods:The effects of Spontaneous activities and sleep of mice after getting the medicine were examined.Results:Anshen dingzhi wan can decrease the times of spontaneous activities and delay the sleep time caused by pentobarbital sodium of the mice.Conclusion:Anshen dingzhi wan has a good effect of sedation and relieving uneasiness of body and mind on the experimental mice.
