氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素含量测定方法的建立

摘　　要：目的:建立黄金牌真灵活胶囊中有效成分氨基葡萄糖与硫酸软骨素含量的测定方法。方法:采用Elson-Morgan法、咔唑法分别测定该胶囊中氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素的含量。结果:氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素的平均回收率分别为98.81%(RSD=0.70%,n=5)和99.82%(RSD=0.40%,n=5)。结论:所用方法简便、重复性好、测定结果准确,可有效地控制黄金牌真灵活胶囊的质量。Objective:To establish the method to assay components of Golden brand Zhenlinghuo capsule.Methods:Used Elson-Morgan method and Carbazole method to distinguish content of glucosamine and chondroitine sulfate in capsule.Results:The method was easy to repeat and the result was accurate.The average recoveries of glucosamine and chondroitine sulfate were 99.8%(RSD=1.19%,n=5) and 98.8%(RSD=1.14%,n=5) respectively.Conclusion:The method can be used effectively to control the quality of Golden Zhenlinghuo capsule.
