摘  要:在梳棉机后罩板处加装带有固定盖板的吸风装置,在刺辊下采用只加小漏底、锯齿分梳板和小漏底、梳针分梳板和小漏底三种配置,在三种不同条件下进行刺辊不同速度的对比试验。结果显示,当刺辊预分梳加强时,附加吸风装置排除短绒和杂质的能力加强,生条和成纱质量也有所提高, 其中,刺辊速度采用1080r/min时,加装锯齿分梳板优于加装梳针分梳板,刺辊速度采用1470r/min时,加梳针分梳板优于加装锯齿分梳板,试验还证明,梳针分梳板对于减少杂质破碎有利。Setting suction set with stationary flat in back covered guard of carding machine, and three configuration of setting taker-in grid, setting zigzag carding plate & taker-in grid and setting comb carding plate & taker-in grid under licker-in are adopted. In the condition of the three configuration, comparable test of different speed of licker-in is done. The test shows——when precarding effect of licker-in is reinforcing, ability for obviating short fibers and impurities of additional suction set is strengthening, and quality of card sliver and yarn is also enhancing. For example when licker-in speed is 1080 r/min, the effect of setting zigzag carding plate is superior to set comb carding plate. When licker-in speed is 1470 r/min, the effect of setting comb carding plate is superior to set zigzag carding plate. The test also shows that comb carding plate has profitability for reducing crushing of impurities.
