短流程清梳联的应用体会

摘　　要：通过对清梳联纺精梳纱时提高产量前后成纱质量的对比分析,指出短流程清梳联生产中要注重梳棉机针布型号的选择,主要单机除杂效率的提高以及系统工艺研究。Choosing of card cloth, enhancement of main single machine cleaning efficiency and research on system technology should be taken attention in blowing-carding of shortened process is pointed out through comparison analyses on yarn quality, which are after advancing output and ordinary spinning combed yarn in blowing-carding unit.
