摘 要:检测比较了80Ah方型MH-Ni蓄电池不同倍率的充放电性能,并给出了不同温度下1C充放电电压和温度特性曲线。分析得出:充电过程温度升高较快,须对温度进行检测和控制;以前将作为充电终点判据的温升速率确定为1.5~2.0℃·min-1,不适合80Ah方型电池,须重新确定充电截止温升速率;不同温度下,MH-Ni蓄电池1C充放电性能较好,显示MH-Ni蓄电池具有良好的大电流充放电能力,可在混合动力车上应用和推广。The charge-discharge performance of 80 Ah prismatic Ni-MH battery at different rates were carried out, and 1 C charge-discharge curves of voltage and temperature under different temperatures were given. The results show that it is necessary to inspect and control the cell because its internal temperature increases rapidly in the process of charge. Rate of temperature increase 1.5~2 ℃·min-1 as a basis for charge cutoff is not fit for 80 Ah prismatic Ni-MH battery, so it needs to redecide the rate of temperature increase . The 1 C charge-discharge performance of Ni-MH battery is much better at different temperatures,which makes the battery has a favorable high current charge-discharge ability and has a good future in HEV application.
