摘  要:用平阳霉素(PYM)作为诱变剂,对云南主要的8个蚕豆品种对诱变剂的剂量效应进行了研究,通过分析,发现昆明K0020品种具有较好的剂量效应方式和较低的微核率背景值,是适合云南开展蚕豆根尖微核技术的优良品种;利用该品种对滇池的水体污染进行了监测,同化学检测结果之间有很高的相关性.本文还讨论了在不同剂量条件下微核率对诱变剂反应不同的机理以及单一诱变剂和多种污染物的复合作用对微核率的影响,指出在微核对污染的监测中,保持蚕豆根尖拥有一定的细胞分裂水平是获得可靠结果的必要条件。Eight varieties of Broadbean(Vicia faba L)planted in Yunnan Provincewas exposured to 0.00,0.50,1.00,5.00,10.00 and 20.00 × 10 ̄(-6) pinyangmycin(PYM)inorder to evaluate the differences ofthe dose-effects of the varieties.F-test and the ShortestSignificant Ranges Test demonstrated that Kunming K0020 Variety Presented gooddose-effectand relatively low background MCN value,and the fact that a goodcorelationship between the restult obtained from Victa-MCN tests andthe water qualityanalysis in chemistry that were all carried outinwater samples of DianchiLake provedK0020 variety appreciate for environment pollution mornitoring and harzous chemicals in-spection. The mechanism of Vicia-MCN′s dose-effects varied in different treating PYMconcentration and the effects of single mutagen and mutiple pollutants on Vicia-MCNwas also discussed in this paper.It was suggest that a reliable resuIt of MCN test need acertain mitosis of Broadbean in mornitoring environmental pollution.
