摘  要:六氟丙烯通过气相法和液相法齐聚,得到六氟丙烯二聚物和三聚物的混合物,齐聚产物可以进一步衍生出许多氟碳表面活性剂.对六氟丙烯的气相齐聚反应和液相齐聚反应的特点做了分析和比较.制备了季磷盐催化剂A,采用DMA为溶剂,研究了六氟丙烯液相齐聚的工艺条件.催化剂A对合成六氟丙烯二聚体有很高选择性,其用量对齐聚反应收率有影响,当催化剂用量足够大时,再增加催化剂的量作用不大;反应时间60min时收率最高,反应时间过短或过长使反应收率下降;反应温度也影响反应收率,在50℃时二聚物产率较高.结论:在DMA中以催化剂A催化六氟丙烯齐聚主要得到二聚物,在较佳的工艺条件下,二聚物的收率达到97%.Hexafluoropropene oligomerization can produce a mixture of dimmers and trimers by gas phase or liquid phase methods. The oligomers could be translated to many fluorine-carbon surfactants. Different advantages and disadvantages of the two methods had been compared. A quaternary alkylphosphonium salt (Cat. A) was prepared. It was studied that hexafluoropropene oligomerized in the presence of Cat .A in dimethyl acetamide (DMA). Cat. A was high selective for dimmers of hexafluoropropene. The amount of Cat. A used effected the reaction. The best yield of dimmers was gotten after reacting 60 min. Shortening or elongating reacting time would reduce dimmers yield. Reacting at 50 ℃ could give better yield. It is conclude that dimer was mainly product when hexafluoropropene oligomerize with Cat. A in DMA, and the yield could reach to 97% in a technique condition.
