化浊解毒法对2型糖尿病葡萄糖毒性作用的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨化浊解毒法对2型糖尿病(DM)胰岛β细胞和胰岛素抵抗的影响。[方法]对慢性高血糖的2型DM病人32例在控制血糖的基础上,进行化浊解毒法及相应中药治疗2个月,比较治疗前后胰岛素(INS)和胰岛素敏感性指数(IAI)的变化,并与单纯控制血糖的对照组比较。[结果]空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS),糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均有下降(P<0.05),胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)较治疗前改善(P<0.01),明显优于对照组。[结论]葡萄糖毒性作用加重2型DM胰岛β细胞分泌缺陷和胰岛素抵抗,经化浊解毒法治疗后有利于胰岛β细胞恢复分泌功能和改善胰岛素抵抗从而减轻糖毒性。Objective To explore the influence of 'Eliminate Turbid Fluid and Remove Toxicicity' Method on islet β cells and insulin resistance. Methods On the basis of controlled blood sugar 30 cases of Diabetes Ⅱ with chronic hyperglycemia were treated with 'Eliminate Turbid Fluid and Remove Toxic' Method and corresponding herbs for two months. The changes of insulinIns and insulin sensitivity indexISI were compared before and after treatment and compared with that of patients with controlled blood sugar group alone. Results Fasting blood glucoseFBG,fasting insulinFIns,glycosylated hemoglobinHBA were all decreasedP<0.05,ISI was improved compared with that before treatmentP<0.01,and the effect was obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion Glucose toxic effect will aggravate the secretion defect of islet β cells and insulin resistance in Diabetes Ⅱ,'Eliminate Turbid Fluid and Remove Toxic'method will be helpful to recover the secretion function of isletβcells and improve insulin resistance.
