摘　　要：探讨“活血化瘀、软坚散结”法对子宫内膜异位症神经-内分泌-免疫网络的整体调节机制。完成了活血化瘀、软坚散结法———妇痛宁颗粒冲剂治疗子宫内膜异位症的药效学、镇痛机制、神经-内分泌-免疫网络调节作用等多角度的实验研究,证实了“活血化瘀、软坚散结”法的整体调节作用。To explore the mechanism of the whole body regulation of Huoxue Huayu activating blood circulation and removing stasis and Ruanjian Sanjie softing hardness to dissipate mass on the network of the nerve-endocrine-immunology in endometriosis. The experiments in many research fields such as pharmacodynamics analgesia nerve-encroine-immunologic regulation etc. in the treatment of endometriosis with Futong Ning water soluable granulae were accomplished. It was demonstrated that Huoxue Huayu and Ruanjian Sanjie had a whole body regulative effect.
