模糊免疫PID控制在圆锥破碎机控制系统的应用研究

摘　　要：针对圆锥式破碎机控制系统是一个带有不确定时滞的大纯滞后系统,采用模糊免疫PID预估控制,利用模糊控制算法对PID的参数kp进行整定,以改变其控制性能,并根据实际系统仿真。结果表明此系统能提高控制性能,鲁棒性好。Aiming at the big and pure time-delay system with uncertainty in control system of cone crusher, fuzzy immunity PID pre-estimation control and fuzzy control algorithm is used to acquire parameter of PID k p to improve its control system, and simulation to system according to actual is made also. The result shows that system has better control performance and robustness.
