摘 要:文章指出球磨机理论临界转速nc的3个假设条件与实际相差太远,按实际推导出实际临界转速nk,nk>nc且随诸多因素变化而变化。在nk与nc间,动态充填率η0=45%~50%和冲力合力矩负荷为零或变为动力(占球磨机总负荷10%左右)条件下的工作转速,球磨机处理量大、能耗低,确定为最佳转速范围,即n=1.1~1.2nc。为各种磨机的改造和开发,开拓了新途径。The paper indicates the three assumed conditions of theoretical critical speed nc has great difference with actual circumstance in ball mill, according to which actual critical speed nk is deduced, nk> nc and nk varies as many factors. On condition that dynamic filling ratio η= 45% - 50% and load for impact resultant moment is zero or becomes dynamic force (about 10% total load of ball mill) and operating speed between nk and nc, ball mill has strong handling capacity with low energy consumption, the speed is regarded as optimal speed range that is n=1.1-1.2nc, which pioneers new path for improvement and development of all kinds of mill.
