摘 要:文章研究不饱和聚酯固化模拟核电站废树脂的基础配方、工艺条件及主要参数,测试固化体的主要性能,用放射性示踪测试浸出率。实验表明,聚酯固化废树脂的工艺可行、流程简单、操作方便。室温下,固化过程约需2h。固化体包容量ω(树脂)达45%,抗压强度大于10MPa,抗水性强,溶胀性小,耐辐照、耐温和热循环性能良好。 ̄(85,89)Sr、 ̄(134)Cs、 ̄(60)Co等主要核素180d的浸出率为10 ̄(-6)-10 ̄(-8)cm·d ̄(-1),累积浸出份数为10 ̄(-4)-10 ̄(-5),明显低于水泥固化体和苯乙烯固化体。The process for immobilization of spent resins generated from NPPS with polyester isdescribed. The results obtained show that the polyester system process is feasible to solidify spentresins by means of dewatering or drying if necessary.The performance,such as waterproofproperty, compressive strength,leaching rates,thermal stability and radiation resistance etc.of solidified froms can meet the requirements of storage,transportation and final disposal.As com-pared with the styrene system,the polyester system possesses its own advangtages,such as nospecial requirement of solodification temperature,relative short period of solidification needed andlower leaching rates and cumulative fractions,though the styrene system process may have a max-imum loading capacity of as high as ω(resin)= 65 %,which is more than that of the polyestersystem,and a little cheaper cost.
