摘　　要：本文对近10年来中东欧五国(CEC5)金融体系转型、银行私有化改造与国际资本流动的关系进行了经验和实证分析。文章第一部分概述了CEC5金融体系的共同特征。第二部分考察这些国家金融转型的不同阶段外资(特别是FDI)流动以及国内金融体系指标变化的情况,提出并定义两组变量指标:衡量外资流入的指标———FDI占GDP的比重和银行部门外资参与比率;衡量金融体系状况的指标———金融深度、金融稳定以及金融多元化。第三部分运用面板数据基准模型(benchmarkmodel)对CEC5外资流入对金融体系的作用和影响进行统计检验。文章最后部分针对加入欧盟后CEC5金融银行部门的发展和引资方面提出一些建议和措施。This article focuses on the relationship between financial transition and capital inflows in five Central and Eastern Countries (CEC5) Section1 describes the common characters of CEC5' financial system Section2 investigates capital inflows during different stages of transition, and defines two groups' variables Section three discusses the important linkage between capital inflows and financial depth, financial stability, financial diversity, using a benchmark model The last section tries to give some suggestions to CEC5 after the accession to the EU
