摘  要:微机控制配料系统是水泥、化工、建材等行业配料工艺过程控制和质量控制的关键环节之一,而微机控制配料系统的精度是影响配料质量关键所在,因此,为提高微机控制配料系统的精度,必须采用全方位的抗干扰措施。从分析微机控制配料系统的干扰产生原因入手,论述了硬件滤波、过压保护、抗干扰稳压电源、对称输入、差动放大等硬件抗干扰措施,以及重复采集、重复输出、数字滤波、CPU抗干扰等软件抗干扰措施。实际应用表明,这些措施对提高微机控制配料系统精度具有很高的实用价值,并且对其他机电系统也有借鉴作用。The proportioning process is one of the key parts of proportioning process and quality control in cement, chemical engineering and architecture material industry. Then the microcomputer - controlled proportioning system precision is crucial to maintain the proportioning quality and quantity of products, so all - round anti jamming measures must be taken. Through having analyzed the jamming sources in microcomputer - controlled proportioning system, this paper presents several software measures, such as hardware filter, over - voltage protection, anti -jamming stable voltage power, symmetrical import, differential magnification and so on, and some hardware measures, for instance, repetitious acquisition and output, digital filter, etc. . Applications show that measures mentioned above are very useful to improve the precision of the microcomputer-controlled proportioning system and other mechanical & electronic system.
