摘　　要：目的　探索医疗质量检查方法 ,达到经济、快捷的质量评价目的。方法　将工业上常用的抽样验收方法引入医疗质量指标质量评价。结果　抽样评价方案的选择是抽样评价方法的难点 ,除经大量尝试性计算外 ,还须考虑其实施的风险。结论　抽样评价方法只需抽取适当的样本量 ,便可得到科学的结论。不仅节省抽样成本 ,还能快速得到评价结论 ,值得在医院医疗质量管理的控制和检查工作中推广。Objective To explore the examining methods for medical quality, measure up with purpose of economics and shortcut.Method To introduce the acceptane sampling techniqnes commonly usesd in industry into medical quality control.Results How to choose the Scheme of acceptance sampling is a difficulty. Besides much of trial calculations, the risk of practice must be considered as well.Conclusion By the method of acceptance sampling aceptance, scientific conclusion could be drawed only by suitable a mount of samples. It not only saves the sampling cost, but also achieves the acceptance conclusion quickly. It is worth generalizing to check and controc the Hospital medical quality of sth as a general convention.
