摘  要:通过对萝卜(RapanussativusL.)234株雄性不育株的花器形态观察,将其分成3种类型:花冠退化型,雄蕊萎缩型,花粉败育型。花粉败育型中按柱头外露情形可观察到柱头外露,半外露及不外露3种状态。萝卜雄性不育系的四分体小孢子正常,花粉粒从小孢子形成以后开始退化。401A、7701A在小群体中的不育株率达100%。通过3对雄性不育材料及其保持系的酯酶同功酶分析,不育系与保持系之间的区别主要表现在第5条和第6条酶带,酶带显色深浅及酶带数目有明显差异。不育系401A与其保持系401B的叶绿体DNA的限制性核酸内切酶EcoRI、BamHI消化后的电泳图谱表明,不育系与保持系的ctDNA之间存在差异。用SDS-PAGE方法分析了不育系401A、7701A及其保持系的叶绿体类囊体膜多肚,表明第5及第10条多肽存在差异。According to the performance of nower organ radish (Raphanus sativus L.) male-sterile plants can be classified into three types: 1. form of degenerative corolla; 2. form of shrivelling stamen; 3. form of abortive pollen. As far as the stigma is concerned,the form of abortive pollen includes emerged stigma, half-emerged stigma and nonemerged stigma forms. Most of radish male- sterile plants belong to form of abortive pollen,half-emerged stigma.The analysis of esterase isozymes of flower buds of N (normal) plants 48B, 7701B,401B and MS plants 48A, 7701A, 401A by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that the difference between N and MS in the isozymes zymogram bands was remarkable, and that the esterase isozymes of N were more active than those of MS.The difference ill the SDS- PAGE patterns of thylakoid membrane polypeptides between N and MS was also observed. Chloroplast DNA of normal 401B and MS 401A were compared on the basis of restriction endonuclease analysis. Chloroplast DNA isolated from normal 401 B and MS 401A had different restriction patterns with EcoRI and BamHI.
