摘  要:分析了中国蔷薇属植物22个野生种果实的鲜重、含水量、可食部等经济学性状,并测定了VC、VE和胡萝卜素等重要维生素的含量。VC含量以腺齿蔷薇(3240mg/100g鲜果肉)和弯刺蔷薇(3159mg/100g)为最高,川滇蔷薇(51mg/100g)和绢毛蔷薇(63mg/100g)的含量最低。蔷薇果的VC含量还与组的划分有一定的相关性,例如,桂味组的种类含量一般在1000mg/100g以上;合柱组含量相对较低,一般在400mg/100g以下。蔷薇果胡萝卜素含量种间差别较大,以腺果蔷薇(22.68mg/100g)和疏花蔷薇(15.75mg/100g)的含量最高,木香花(0.1mg/100g)和刺梨(0.18mg/100g)含量最低。VE含量种间差别不大,一般在3.73mg/100g(软条七蔷薇)至1.45mg/100g(绢毛蔷薇)之间。并对无刺刺梨、华西蔷薇等8个重要蔷薇资源的生物学特性和开发利用价值进行了评价。Here is the report of the study on vitamin C, E, carotenes and some major economic characters in fruits of 22 Rosa species from China. The variation of vitamin C contents ranged within 50~3200mg/100g (fresh pulp). The highest VC contents were shown by R. albertii (3240mg/100g) and R. beggeriana (3159mg/100g),the lowest by R. soulieana (51mg/100g) and R. sericea (63mg/100g). The relationship between the taxonomical division of sections within genus and the amounts of VC in mature hips is closely related: VC contents in species of Sect. Cinnamomeae is rather high, more than 1000mg/100g, and relatively low in species of Sect. Synstylae and Sect. Pimpinellijbliae, less than 600mg/100g, except for R. platyacantha (2093mg/100g). The amounts of carotenes in hips showed a great variation: The highest contents of carotenes were found in R. fedtschenkoana (22.68mg/100g) and R. laxa (15.75mg/100g), the lowest in R. banksiae (0.1mg/100g) and R. roxburghii (0.1Smg/100g). Slight difference was found in the contents of vitamin E among species, ranging from 3.73mg/100g (R. henryi) to 1.45mg/100g (R. sericea) . The biological characteristics and possible application value of eight species were also evaluated.
