摘　　要：民间商人参与国家“招商”纳粮中盐的活动,其投入招商活动的商人群究竟有多大,或者说投入的资本量的多寡,则最终取决于国家所确定的食盐价格对商人是否有收益。本文拟就边商盐价、内商与水商盐价及所获利润等方面,集中讨论招商开中纳粮政策下国家与民间商人的关系问题。The civilian businessmen attached themselves to national salt active and the number of them or the quantity of capital were rested on national common salt price which containing income or negate to businessmen. This paper is the description of many aspects such as salt price in border, salt price inner land, salt price by water transportation and their profit etc and it is the discussion of the relative question between nation and businessmen under the policy of Attraction of Merchants in Kai Zhong.
