摘　　要：目的　分析江苏省实施CIDA/WHO结核病控制项目的效果,为进一步开展结核病控制工作提供有益的启示。方法　采用纵向自身历史对照和横向对照,全面评价CIDA/WHO项目的实施效果。结果　年涂阳肺结核病人登记率由项目实施前的10 .0 1/ 10万上升到项目实施后的2 8.30 / 10万;初治涂阳治愈率由90 .31%上升到95 .6 4 % ;复治涂阳病人治愈率由6 4 .0 6 %上升到89.0 2 %。结论　CIDA/WHO结核病控制项目的实施与运作是成功的。Objective To analyze the effect of conducting CIDA/WHO tuberculosis control project. Methods The historical control and crossing control were adopted to evaluate the effect of CIDA/WHO tuberculosis control project. Results The new register rate of smear positive cases increased from 10.01 per 100 000 before the project to 28.30 per 100 000 after the project. The cure rate of new cases increased from 90.31% to 95.64% and the cure rate of retreatment cases increased from 64.06% to 89.02% fore-and-aft the project. Conclusions The conducting and implementing of the CIDA/WHO tuberculosis control project is successful, which provides an effectual pattern for expanding tuberculosis control project.
