摘　　要：2004年前三个季度的外汇储备大幅增长,其中近一半是等待人民币升值进行套汇交易的游资。人民币面对国际国内多重压力,还是应该保持币值稳定。Foreign Exchange Reserves has increased greatly during three quarters of this year, half of which is hot money to operate the Arbitrage after the currency value of RMB is higher. Facing the pressure from outside and inside, the currency value of RMB should be kept stable firstly.
