摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切(TURBt)+汽化(TVBt))联合治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法对85例膀胱肿瘤施行TURBt+TVBt,术后施行膀胱灌注化疗。结果85例膀胱肿瘤均一次切除,无膀胱穿孔,全组无输血,术后随访1～4年,复发15例。结论TURBt+TVBt具有操作简便、止血效果好、膀胱穿孔少等优点。Objective To evaluate the safety and curative effect of transurethral electroresection of bladder tumor(TURBT) and transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor (TVBT)on patients with bladder cancer. Methods TURBt and TVBt were performed in eighty-five patients with bladder neoplasms. Chemotherapy was performed by irrigation of bladder after operation. Results The tumor resection of 85 cases was done without transfusion and perforation of bladder. Conclusions TURBt and TVBt are simple, effective and safe surgery treatment of bladder neoplasms.[
