摘 要:目的探讨三种检验方法间的关系及临床价值。方法对用ELISA法测出HBsAg阳性的标本,再用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)和电化学发光(ECL)的方法测其拷贝数和含量。结果对用ELISA法“大三阳”的40份标本中,荧光定量PCR阳性率为85%,电化学发光的方法阳性率为100%;ELISA法“小三阳”的60份标本中,荧光定量PCR阳性率为8.3%,电化学发光的方法阳性率为98%。结论三种检验方法对临床有不同的指导意义。Objective To investigate the relationship of three methods (ELISA, FQ-PCR and ECL) and the clinical significances of them. Methods 100 HBsAg positive samples (40 samples were positive for HBsAg, HBeAg, and HBcAb and 60 samples were positive for HBsAg , HBeAb, and HBcAb), which detected by ELISA, were selected for this study. All samples were detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay (FQ-PCR) and Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) technology again. Results In 40 positive samples for HBsAg, HBeAg and HbcAb, the positive rate of FQ-PCR was 85% and the positive of ECL was 100%. In other 60 samples, the positive rates of FQ-PCR and ECL were 8.3% and 98% respectively. Conclusions There were statistical difference and discrepant results among three methods for detecting HBsAg in serum.
