摘　　要：本文介绍了国内外低温磷化的类型，从热力学角度分析了低温磷化的原理，讨论了其成膜机理，指出了磷化工艺低温化途经。In this paper,several phosphating processes at low of room temperature are discussed. The principle of phosphating reaction and the mechanism of coating formation are presented with respect of thermodynamics.The composition and conditions of phosphating solution are put forward.
