摘　　要：　以ADSP21020数字信号处理器为核心,研制了数字式电视跟踪器。在此基础上,研制了电视跟踪器跟踪性能检测和评估系统。介绍电视跟踪器与跟踪性能检测评估系统的总体和主要软硬件设计、电视摄像头视景仿真系统设计和跟踪性能检测评估系统设计及工作模式。利用计算机视景仿真技术,对电视跟踪器跟踪性能的检测和评估做了较深入的研究,建立了电视跟踪器跟踪性能评估模型和定量评估指标体系。A digital TV tracker is developed with digital signal processor ADSP21020 as the core,based on which a test and evaluation system for checking the performance of the TV tracker is also developed. The overall design, main software and hardware,scene simulation system of the TV camera,the evaluation system and the working mode are introduced.The performance evaluation of TV tracker by the scene simulation is studied. An evaluation model and an index system for quantitative evaluation are established.
