摘  要:本研究以马鹿花(PuerariawallichiiDC.)籽实为对象,测定常规养分及氨基酸含量,用4~8周龄爱维因(Avian)商品肉鸡进行4个替代水平(0%,6%,12%,18%)的饲养与代谢试验.结果表明:饲喂马鹿花籽实4个替代水平各组鸡只增重差异不显著(P>0,05);鸡只健康状况正常。各试验组鸡只胸肌率均显著高于对照织(P<0.05).经品味鉴定各试组肉的色、香、味、嫩度均优于对照组。饲喂18%马鹿花籽组表现突出。The main object of this study is concerned with the seed of Pueraria wallichiDC.The conventional components and amino acids of the seed were detemlined,acomparative feeding trial on four levels for 4~8 age in week Avian commercial meatchicken were carried out, detennined the apparent metabolic rate of nutrients, gain inweight of the chicken.Feed conversion ratio and nutrient value of the seed. Besides,determination of temperature, respiration, heart rate, blood routine and internals in-dex of the chicken, and evaluation of the chicken meat quality and panel taste scorewere carried out as well. The results showed that when the daily feeding amount of the seed of Puerariawalflchi DC.accounted for 0,6,12, 18%, there were no significant deviations onweight gain among each group(P>0.05), all the chickens grew nomal and arehealth, the percentage of breast muscle yield of each experimental group was higherthan that of control group, the deviation was significant(P< 0.05). After panel tastescore, the colour, flavor, taste and tenderness of the meat of each experimental groupwere all better than that of control group, especially the group which the seed accountedfor 18% of the diet was excellent.
