摘　　要：从硬件电路和软件编程两方面,介绍了自行设计的生物芯片电化学检测仪系统。本系统采用虚拟仪器的方式,并以DSP作为核心处理器,结合了CPLD、USB、A/D、D/A等芯片构成一套生物电化学检测仪系统。能对自制DNA芯片上的16个反应池同时进行检测。The paper presents software and hardware designs of the instrument with electrochemical detection in the biochip. In this design, we use virtual technology and DSP chip TMS320C5402,CPLD chip,USB chip,A/D chip,D/A chip and so on. The instrument can detect the sixteen channels of the biochip at the same time.
