摘　　要：在信息化时代,医院如何搭建起有效的信息渠道,把党的声音和改革开放的信息及时准确地传播到广大职工的心田,用社会主义思想占领医院主阵地是一个非常重要的问题。这是新形势对思想宣传工作的要求,也是加强和改进思想宣传工作的必然。In the information age, it is very important that how to set up an effective medium of communication, to take the voice of our Party and information of innovation to our staff as promptly and exactly as possible, and to seize the main propaganda position with socialism theory. This is the request toward propaganda work under new situation, which is also the certainty of enhancing and improving propaganda work.
