摘 要:目的:通过对不同加工方法处理的刺五加中异秦皮啶进行含量测定,为选择刺五加适宜加工方法提供理论依据和实践指导。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,研究不同加工方法对刺五加地下器官(根及根茎)及地上器官不同组织(茎木质部和茎皮部)中的异秦皮啶含量影响规律。结果:在阴干、晒干及60℃烘干三种加工方法中,以60℃烘干的效果较好。结论:本试验为选择刺五加适宜加工方法提供理论依据和参考。Objective: To provide theoretical basis and practical direction for suitable processing method of Acanthopanax senticosus, content of isofraxidin in Acanthopanax senticosus processed by different methods was measured. Methods: Effect of different processing methods on content of isofraxidin in root, rhizome and xylem and bark of stern of Acanthopanax senticosus was studied by HPLC. Results: The best processing methods was dried at 60℃ in the three processing methods that Acanthopanax senticosus was dried in the shade, in the sun and at 60℃. Conclusion: This study provided theoretical basis and reference for selecting the suitable processing method of Acanthopanax senticosus.
