摘  要:用悬浮液技术及非完全消化法两种样品处理技术分别处理猪心样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法成功地测定了猪心中的钙、镁、铁、锌.用La3+作钙的释放剂,共存元素对镁无化学干扰.试验表明,在悬浮液中加入适量盐酸可显著提高被测元素的吸光度,试液的粘度与空白溶液的一致,无背景吸收干扰.对样品处理条件及悬浮液稳定时间进行了考察.测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1.9%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±1.9%.Treat the sample with two pretreatment techniques of suspension technique and noncomplete digestion method,respectively.Calcium,magnesium,iron and zinc in pig heart were successfully determined by FAAS.La^(3+) was used as releasing agent for calcium and the coexistence elements in sample no have chemical interference on magnesium.The test indicated that in suspension method absorbanses of determined element were markedly increased by adding suitable amount of hydrochloric acid into the test solution,viscosity of test solution is identical with its blank solution and there is not background absorption interference.The pretreatment condition of sample in noncomplete digestion method and the stabilization time of the suspension were tudied.The relative standard deviations were less than 1.9%.The determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method.The relative errors between them were less than ±1.9%.
