赣州历史文化名城保护规划与实施思考

摘　　要：赣州城地处“三山”、“三水”之中,形成独特的龟形城市形态和“丁”字形传统空间格局,具有以客家文化为主的多元文化特质。其保护规划从对自然环境、人工环境、人文环境的保护着手,提出名城保护的技术措施和行政措施,以名城风貌特色保护、整体环境改善的成果吸引游人,促进地方旅游和经济发展的总体思路。Situated within the area with'three hills'and'three rivers',characterized by its plural culturalcharacteristics with the Hakka culture as the mainone,Ganzhou has formed a unique city shape of atortoise with a traditional'T'spatial pattern.Its pro-tection must be carried out with respect to the natu-ral environment,man-made environment and culturalenvironment.The idea is put forwards the technicalmeasures and administrative measures,tourists areattracted to the city by protecting its features andstyles and by the improvement of the overall envi-ronment to promote the development of local tour-ism and economy.[
