摘　　要：北京的历史文化保护区由于规模较小、分布零散而难以产生显著的效果。从北京新西苑社区规划中,获得如下认识:北京旧城改造应该注意倡导城市“整体保护”;要切实引入民主化机制;加强对旧城现状的研究。It is difficult for the preserved the conser-vation districts of historic sites in Beijing to producegreat effects due to their small size and scatteringarrangement.It has been understood from the plan-ning of the new Xiyuan Community in Beijing thatthe idea of 'overall protection'should be advocatedand a democratic system should be introduced inold town reconstruction.Efforts should be intensi-fied in the study of the existing status of the oldtown.[
