摘　　要：上海虹桥地区产业缺乏有效组织,发展的可持续性弱、产业拓展空间形态与功能定位不明确,造成经济发展减缓、缺乏后劲。应采取“外联、内拓、深挖、广交、做精、做强”的功能拓展策略,合理利用地下空间,加强动、静交通的布局与引导,加强对核心区的环境整治,促使空间形态与产业状态同构发展。The industry in Hongqiao District in Shang-hai lacks effective organization,the sustainable de-velopment is weak,the spatial shape for industrialdevelopment and the orientation are not clearlydefined.Therefore,this has resulted in the slow eco-nomic development and weak stamina.Comprehen-sive measures must be taken to expand its func-tions to properly make use of its underground space,arrange and guide properly the dynamic and statictraffic.Efforts must be enhanced to improve theenvironment of the central areas to enable the spa-tial development and industrial development go instep with each other.[
