摘　　要：山地村镇规划应以方便生产、方便生活、优化人居环境、完善市政环卫设施为基本原则,以搭建一个周边农村农副产品、物质交流平台和服务中心为重点,规划中强化过渡和引导,做到新旧镇区的有机结合,使规划具有可操作性。The planning of towns and villages inmountainous regions should be carried out on thebasis of convenience for production,living,optimi-zation of living environment and perfection of mu-nicipal sanitation facilities.With the construction ofan exchange platform and a service center for thefarm byproducts and materials as the key task,westress the transition and guidance in the planning,trying to integrate harmoniously both the new andold township regions and enabling the planning tobecome workable.
