摘　　要：城市多元功能策划是实现城市功能内容与空间整合相结合的一种开发对策。上海虹口体育场地段的功能策划与空间整合提出低成本的操作原则、民间投融资为主的融资方式、俱乐部式的组织活动形式,以提升该地段的竞争力。The urban multi-function planning is a de-velopment measure taken to combine the content ofthe city function with the integration of city space.The planning of the function of the land area aroundShanghai Hongkou Stadium and the spatial integra-tion are carried out by following the principle of lowcost with local financing and club organization,thusupgrading the competitive power of the area.
