论集约化的城市规划目标体系

摘　　要：城市规划作为城市建设的龙头,应当适应我国经济体制、经济增长方式的转变,以科学发展观指导城市建设。要实现城市集约化发展的总目标,首先应建立集约化城市规划目标体系,体系包括城镇体系、环境与资源、城市发展战略与政策、城市结构与布局、城市功能与效率、城建开发综合效益等内容。As a flagship in urban construction,urbanplanning should adapt itself to the transformation ofeconomic system and mode of economic growthand guide the urban construction with a scientificviews of development.To realize the general goalof intensive urban development,we must first es-tablish a target system for intensive urban planning.The target system should include township system,environment and resources,urban developmentstrategies and policies,urban structure and distri-bution,city function and efficiency as well as com-prehensive benefits of urban construction anddevelopment,etc.
