散装水泥立式流动罐自动控制系统的设计

摘　　要：介绍了采用单片机实现散装水泥立式流动罐自动控制的设计。重点介绍了该系统的结构原理、电路设计及抗干扰措施。现场使用得到该系统的主要技术指标为:称重范围:0～100kg;称重精度:<±2%;适用环境温度:0～50℃。The design of vertical flow tank which adopted single chip microcomputer to realise automatic weight-measure and control for bulk cement is presented. The structure principle,circuit design and anti-interferential messures are introduced on emphasis. Through application, the main technical indexes were obtained. Within the weight range of 0～100 kg, its weighting precision range is from -2% to +2%, and the suitable environment temperature range is between 0 ℃ and 50 ℃.
