摘　　要：影响未成年人犯罪的家庭因素主要有三个方面:家庭环境、家庭结构和家庭功能。要预防未成年人的犯罪,家庭就必须采取措施,改善家庭环境,增强未成年人犯罪家庭预防观念,避免家庭结构出现问题,强化家庭功能。同时应积极加强与政府、社会和学校的合作。There are three aspects among the family factors that will mainly influence minor delinquency: family environment, family structure, and family function. Effective prevention of minor delinquency necessitates that some measures in family should be taken, family environment improved, and awareness in family of the minor delinquency be strengthened. Meanwhile, the problem stemming from ineffective family structure ought to be avoided, and family function strengthened. On the other hand, an active cooperation between government, society, and school should be promoted.
